Q1: When have your company been set up? A1: Depuis 2020, but before that we have started the business since 20 years ago with our manufacturing factory.
Q2: Êtes-vous une société commerciale ou un fabricant? A2: We have both, a trading company with export license and a manufacturing factory.
Q3: Quel est votre MOQ? A3: As a trial order, our MOQ is normally 50 à 100 pairs per color per style for textile or plush slippers depending on how many pairs could put in one standard box.
Q4：Combien de temps dure le délai de livraison? A4: As the products we are just manufacturing, if the required QTY is not very big, we could delivery in 15 days even sooner, our most capacity is 12000 pairs per day. For very big QTY orders please contact us.
Q5: How much will you charge for the samples? A5: We don’t charge for sampling in most cases, we only charge when there is new fabric or plush development for the special yardage and sampling costs. For majority of samples, we are able to manage all materials from market. However, to be fair, the samples are sent freight collect so you will need to pay for the freight of the samples. If you have office in China, we will definitely send samples at our cost.
Q6: Can you make OEM or ODM service? A6: Oui. We can accept OEM service. Also we have our own design team. So it’s also welcome to choose our ODM products.
