XN-Q05 Introduction and detail Description:

XN-Q05 series steam turbines are multi-stage condensing steam turbines. The flow passage part adopts one double-row complex speed stage (or single-row complex speed stage) and four to eight pressure stages as modular steam turbines. The actual number of stages used depends on the output power, rated speed, inlet steam pressure, and temperature of the steam turbine for optimal design to ensure high turbine height.
The turbine speed is 3000-6000r/min, and the output power range is 500-3000KW. The governing system adopts WOODWARD 2301A (ré) manette + TG-17E electro-hydraulic actuator or TG-17 mechanical hydraulic governor. The lean oil station is centralized and forced to lubricate. The arrangement can be either single-layer or double-layer. The XN-Q05 multi-stage condensing steam turbine can not only drive large rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, and compressors (variable speed operation) but also be used to drive condensing steam turbines; it can also drive generators to generate electricity (constant speed operation), as condensing steam turbines for power generation.
The outstanding advantage of XN-Q05 series multi-stage condensing steam turbines is that the oil system and regulation system are simplified and the oil system provides only the unit.
