[Main Application]

1900 binder has great feature of anti-migration,good washing fastness,no blocking and soft hand feeling.it is suitable for using in machine printing.

[Storage Stability]

Stored in a cool and dry place for one year, recommend to store at temperature between 5 ~ 35℃.

[Typical Formulation]

מים 100% + Binder 20-25% + PTF/PTA 1.5-2% + Emulsifier 2-3%

[Matters Needing Attention ]

1. In order to ensure excellent fastness, we advise adding the right amount of crosslinker Fixer J-52 (Long-time limiting, 24Hrs, 1.0-3.0%);

2. Elastic fabrics, we advise bottom printing;

3. Adequate heat treatment can decrease stickiness of the printing surface and improve the fastness;

4. Recommended screen mesh from 800 ל 1,200;

5. In order to prevent drying too quickly and cause block up the screen when the humidity is too low (e.g. Autumn or Winter), you can added 1-3% wetting agent (Assister 502);

6. All matters in this instructions is obtained based on the standard test method, so in order to avoid any difference, the user must test according to their own use method and requirements before the product used for production.
