In all production processes we use “Aya no Mizu” (Natural water in Aya, Miyazaki, יפן) which is one of Japan’s 100 best natural waters.
It is traditional konjac that uses dried potato konjac and wood lye.
We use a traditional raw material called “Coppa” which is made to slice a raw potato and to dry it.
We use wood lye to consolidate konjac, so the konjac has little lye smell. Then, you can enjoy the good taste of raw sashimi konjac.
