1) Soup stock packs
Packs of soup stock, which are indispensable as the base of flavors in Japanese dishes. By using a soup stock pack, you can easily and reasonably reenact Japan’s traditional flavor. Bonito and kelp produced in Japan are used for safety and peace of mind. It can be used as a base for flavors of various Japanese dishes such as ramen soup, miso soup, soba, and udon.
2) Bonito flakes
Bonito flakes are used for professionally extracting soup stock. We offer a range of products to fit various uses and budgets. By extracting soup stock from bonito flakes, you can create a refined fragrance and flavor. It is recommended for dishes in which you want to value the fragrance, such as clear broths and chawanmushi, which are indispensable in sushi and Japanese cuisine. Our products are made with a blend of multiple ingredients carefully selected from various areas of production and thoroughly managed to maintain the standard of quality. We also carry bonito flakes that can be used as toppings for takoyaki and okonomiyaki.
3) Liquid sauce, liquid soup stock, and citrus fruit juice
We carry soups for ramen, soba sauce, udon sauce, katsudon sauce, seafood stock for a base for clam chowder, and seafood stock to deepen the flavor of Italian, צָרְפָתִית, and Chinese dishes. Also, we carry citrus juice, as well as sauces and soups blended with citrus juice. Our sauces and soups are manufactured with a focus on “soup stock style.” By using plenty of bonito flakes, our soup stocks and sauces are flavorful and rich. 4) Bamboo grass and seaweed
A distinguishing trait of Japanese cuisine is its beautiful appearance that makes it look delicious. We carry bamboo grass and seaweed that make dishes look gorgeous. By using them to garnish sushi, Japanese dishes, yakiniku, and teppanyaki, you can serve full-fledged Japanese cuisine.

At the main factory in Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, we carefully and thoroughly carry out pre-treatments to bring out the flavor of the ingredients such as far-infrared rays and heating processes using jet ovens. The factory is equipped with laboratories in which soup stocks are lined up for tasting in each production lot, and an environment in which sensory evaluations can be carried out at any time has is available. Similar to the elaborate classification before the extraction, after the extraction, each soup stock is checked by an artisan for quality. The bonito shavings line has been HACCP-certified. The Shimoda factory below Sanjo is situated on a hill surrounded by forests and manufactures liquid products made with high-quality soft water from Ikasashi River’s drainage system. At the in-house laboratory, scientific analyses of all soup stocks are conducted every day. Analyses quantifying nutritional information, וכו. using cutting-edge equipment are conducted and verified from a scientific point of view. Also, we are working in all departments for an early obtainment of FSSC22000.
