The exclusive Spaghettoni 2,5 are obtained without the use of a die, with the aim of creating a “live”, healthy and nutritious product. They go perfectly with any type of recipe, even embellishing everyday preparations. The structural characteristics and their intrinsic preciousness make them particularly suitable even for the simplest recipes: from the most classic tomato sauce, through fish or vegetable based sauces, up to sophisticated dishes.

Pietro Massi has developed a new way of creating pasta with the main objective of rediscovering the oldest traditions and returning to truly respect the raw materials.

The whole process is completely new and each phase of production is made to treat the raw materials with care: the rolling of the long pasta and the innovative and original linear shaping of the short pasta is always carried out “cold”. We reduced the pressure and friction to a much lower level than conventional sheeters.

Pietro Massi’s revolution, the cold rolling process, contributed to the simplification of the “production system”, eliminating
על אודות 70% of the mechanical components present in conventional production lines for pasta factories.
One of the most immediate needs was the elimination of the compression chambers and of the parts of machinery where the pasta
usually remains blocked, creating stagnations which are potential reservoirs of uncontrolled microbiological pollution.
This has also simplified and streamlined the cleaning and sanitising of the machinery and eliminated a possible downgrade in the organoleptic qualities of the pasta.


Raw materials

The carefully selected 100% Italian semolina meets water or egg or white egg at a molecular level, creating a perfectly homogeneous and balanced dough.


The absence of mechanical stress and trauma at the mixing stage means that proteins, vitamins and starches are protected and
preserved in the pasta, giving it a unique aromatic profile.

This allows the consumer to appreciate and enjoy the natural, true aroma of wheat.
