The Latin name its Panalirus Argus. Our sizes range of tail begins with type 3 digitare 20, type 3 being the smallest size allowed by our legislation to export! Our sizes range of Whole raw begins with type 200 digitare 1200, type 200 being the smallest size allowed by our legislation to export! During processing of tail, each tail is weighed individually and separately classified by their weight in ounces (28.35 grams). This practice allows you to compose boxes with pieces of uniform size on the packaging. Classification receive the nomination TYPE 3 TYPE 4 TYPE 5 TYPE 6 TYPE 7 TYPE 8 TYPE 9 TYPE 10-12, TYPE 12-14,TYPE 14-16 TYPE 16-20 and TYPE 20 – sopra. This means that each tail is contained in a box of TYPE 10-12 (Per esempio) weighs between half past nine (9 ¹ / ²). Same classification with the Whole lobster but in kilos.

Tail Packing: cardboard box with the net weight of forty (40) pounds (18.144 kg), containing four (04) small boxes with net weight of ten (10) pounds (4.536 kilograms) each, being all tails same classification. Whole Packing: cardboard box with the net weight of ten (10) Kilos, each lobster being all same classification.

We are able to ship our lobsters by different containers:

LD 3: 55 cases by styrofoam box with 30LB net weight

LD 7: 161 cases by styrofoam box with 30LB each net weight

Frozen whole raw lobsters are placed in an ice slurry and then blast
frozen to minus 32 degrees Celsius. This ensures that this A grade
lobster retains its full flavor and texture for customers to enjoy.
Each piece weighs 400 – 1200 grams.

Lobster tails are produced from premium whole raw lobster and then.

blast frozen in snap freezers to ensure that the texture and flavor
are retained for customers worldwide to enjoy. Each piece of tail
weighs 200 – 700 grams.
