Our design team consists of 3 designers and 2 freelance designers at abroad(1 in France, 1 in Spain and 1 in Poland).

Q3: What’s your trade term and payment term? UN: The amount is small, full payment. The amount is huge, Decide after discussion. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4: Can I have a sample first before large order? UN: sì, sample order is available, but should pay the sample cost and freight.
Q5: Can you make customized items? UN: sì, we provide custom service, but buckles and logo only.

D8: To make our logo on the products, do we need to open mold? UN: sì, if you want to make your own logo on it, please send us your design and detailed information. For the patent, we will sign the non-disclosure.
