No specific restrictions, CDR/JPG/PS/PDF is ok, but AI is the best. The higher the pixel the picture you provide, the more convenient it is for us to design the artwork.

What is your minimum order quantity No MOQ for new order, 50pcs for reorder Could you offer samples before placing my order? Certo, we can provide 3 pcs free samples, you just pay the freight charge. What format of artwork should I provide? No specific restrictions, PNG/JPG/PS/PDF is ok, but AI is the best. What’s your general production leading time? In genere, after receiving your artwork confirmation, samples take circa 7-10 workdays and mass production 10-15 workdays. If you need it very urgent, please let us know in advance.
How about your After Sales Service? If the goods you received do not conform to your requirement due to our negligence, , we will re-make for you freely. If your negligence caused the wrong goods, you may need to pay the production cost again.
