Q2：What’s the order process?
A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you)
> Create artwork (me) > Approvazione (you) > full payment or a half payment(you)
> Produzione + Shipping after full payment (me)
Q3: Can I get a product sample? A3: sì, Certo. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: I’d like to know the specific delivery process.
A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
