1. How do I order and what service can I expect from you?

The stock items, you could buy online then we arrange delivery accordingly.

Per ordine OEM, please send us your enquiry by an email let us know your demand and we can help you finish any purchasing task on baby and kids home textile items.

2. Can I order samples first before placing the bulk order?
sì, we understand that customers want samples first, and then need a sales period to collect orders from their customers. This is not a problem. You are welcome to order samples first.
Tuttavia ,we will ask for a small amount of deposit in case the investment on new sampling as per your specification request is not a small one.But this deposit will be reimbursed when bulk order fixed.

3. What is the lead time for samples?
The stock items,it will be shipped to you when getting confirmation.

For OEM sample, it will be shipped to you 7-10days.

4. What is the lead time for delivery?

Stock items, it will delivery to you within 7 giorni lavorativi.

Per ordine OEM, In general we’re able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 30-60 days since order of confirmation fixed.

5. Can I put my own label and packing on the products?
1) IL “LAT” brand products could not accept label and customer packing services. “Miracle baby” brand products are warmly welcome customer label and packing.
2) Customer design, label and packing (OEM & ODM) services are highly welcomed. We have strong research and development team here to help.

6. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The stock items do not limit MOQ.

Regarding OEM service, general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 500 pieces per pattern.
For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know. We’d check with our warehouse and our fabric supplier to find a possible solution.
