Q.Can I have a sample order to resin crafts? A.Ja, we weclome sample order to check the quality.Mixed sample are acceptable, you can pay the sample charge via alibaba trade assurance or PayPal.
Q.What about the lead time? A.Sample needs 7-10days, and mass production time needs about 30-45 dagen.
Q.Do you have MOQ limit for the resin crafts? A.300-500pcs MOQ is for resin items. 1000-2000 is for ceramic items.(Attention:the price will be little higher if quantity less than MOQ)
Q.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A.We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS, it takes 5-12days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q.What’s your packing optional? A.We accept customized, color box / brown box / mail box / white box are available.
