Q:Do we need to pay the samples fee?

EEN:Ja, normally it need to pay $100 per model which can has 2 colors.

Q:How long is the samples leadtime?

EEN:We can send you samples to you at once if we have stock. For new design & new makeing samples it is normally 4 weeks after confirmed.

Q:Can you customize our logo?

EEN: Ja, we can print or laser your own logo as you want.

Q:Wat is de MOQ??

EEN: 12pcs for the stock. 300pcs per model for customized, it can has 3 colors.

Q:How about the shipment & delivery date?

EEN:By air. TNT,FedFx,UPS,DHL,EMS are available. For stock goods, it can ship out within 7 dagen, and for making custom models it need 70 tot 90 dagen.

Q:What’s your payment term?

EEN:Please pay 30% TT in advance as deposit ,70% balance before shipment, en finished photos will be sent to check.
