Description of Green Tea
- Green tea named from its green color of dried tea, tea water and infused leaf.
- Green tea is produced without fermentation process for minimal oxidation and quality change. The category is widely popularized in recent years since it retains the most natural ingredients of fresh leaves and serve for many beneficial effects to human being.
- A good green tea is usually brewed with boiled water at around 80 tot 90 ℃ in a glass mug to perform the stretching and floating of the tender leaves.
- Songluo chunmee is a historic green tea resembling to eyebrows originated in Anhui province.
The tender buds are kept intact and managed with very light and gentle force during baking and shaping process to produce the graceful strips.
Taste of Songluo Chunmee: the liquor is in light green and goldish and produce a liquor combing the flavor of green tea and black tea, and gives out refreshing grass aroma, mellow taste and subtle sweetness.
