After more than 80 years of cultivation, domestication, selection and purification, youlike, a major lemon cultivar in Anyue, has bred a high yield, high quality and strong stress resistance. Compared with California lemon and Sicilian lemon, Anyue lemon contains 7.4 ‰ lemon oil, 9.5% soluble solids, 6.7% citric acid, vc58 / 100mL, 38% juice yield, 2.5% VP2 and 3% pectin. It is also rich in inositol / limonene and other vitamins and trace elements.
