Q2：What’s the order process?
A2: Submit design(Jij) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (Jij)
> Create artwork (me) > Approval (Jij) > full payment or a half payment(Jij)
> Productie + Shipping after full payment (me)
Q3: Can I get a product sample? A3: Ja, natuurlijk. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: I’d like to know the specific delivery process.
A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q5: Can you make glitter, glow, epoxy items? A5: Ja, wij kunnen.
Q6: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it? A6: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
