GW4 -15 25KV 38KV 40.5KV 72.5KV 126KV series outdoor high-voltage pollution-resistant isolating switches are divided into two-column and three-column horizontally open three-phase (or single-phase) AC 50HZ outdoor high-voltage electrical products, which are used for high-voltage lines to separate and combine circuits without load. This product meets the national standard requirements of GB1985 “High Voltage AC Isolating Switch and Grounding Switch”,
GW4-15 series isolating switch is composed of three single phases, each single phase is mainly composed of base, pillar porcelain insulator, terminal block, left contact, right contact, grounding static contact, grounding switch, and wiring terminal. . Then use the conjoined base to fix the three phases to form a three-phase conjoined isolating switch. This isolating switch can be equipped with CS11, CS11G manual mechanisms and CJ6 electric operating mechanisms.
2. Scope of product application

Five, the principle of action
As shown in Figure 1 to Figure 3, install the switch horizontally, using a manual (or electric) operating mechanism, “the water gas pipe is connected with the corresponding shaft in the base of the isolating switch body, and the opening and closing operations can be performed. When closing, first place the handle of the mechanism in a horizontal position, and then rotate it 90° horizontally to drive one column (or link head) in the isolation switch body to rotate, and the other column is driven by the adjustable connecting rod between the base poles to ensure The opening and closing action of the switch. The opening and closing state is defined by the corresponding position on the mechanism. The grounding knife device uses a set of connecting rods to make the grounding knife rotate in a vertical plane to perform opening and closing operations. The auxiliary switch in the mechanism is directly connected with the shaft of the mechanism. When the opening and closing ends, the corresponding contacts are cut or closed, and the corresponding opening and closing signals are sent out at this time.
Six, installation and debugging
Users are recommended to install and debug according to Figure 1 to Figure 3 and the following steps:
1. Install the independent single-phase isolating switch on the conjoined base, and then install the conjoined base on the cross arm;
2. Connect the three phases with tie rods and joints. Place the mechanism under any one-phase (or three-column type on the link head) to align the output shaft of the isolating switch base, connect the water gas pipe with the main shaft of the mechanism, and adjust it according to the closing position (ie the isolating switch body And the operating shaft are in the closing position). Use a φ8 drill to drill holes at both ends of the water gas pipe (approximately 20-30 mm) and drive in with a hole pin, and then lock it with a split pin;
3. The installation of the operating mechanism is shown in Figure 1 to Figure 3. No matter where it is installed, it must be perpendicular to the plane where the isolating switch body is located;
4. The three-phase synchronous adjustment of linkage (that is, the three-phase contact does not exceed 5 mm at the same time) can follow the following steps:
(1) Adjust the three-phase synchronization by changing the length of the three-phase and linkage rod;
(2) All contact points on the contacts should be in contact. If the contact is poor, 0.5-1 stainless steel gaskets can be used to adjust to ensure reliable contact of the contact points and measure the loop resistance.
5. Isolating switches with grounding blades (single grounding), the connection between the grounding blades is when the grounding blades of each phase are in the closing position (the main blades should be separated at this time), en dan ” The water and gas pipes are connected by welding. The operating arm of the grounding knife is welded to the lever shaft of the ground knife according to the position shown in Figure 2 and connected to the corresponding shaft of the mechanism.
Seven, acceptance and storage
After passing the adjustment test of the manufacturer, the isolating switch is packaged according to the special packaging specification and shipped to the user. Users should carry out acceptance and storage according to the following items.
1. After the product is shipped to the destination, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, not upside down, and acceptance should be carried out as soon as possible.
2. Check whether the documents attached to the product are complete (including packing list, product certificate, installation manual, enz.).
3.Check the outside of the box before unpacking Whether the surface is damaged or abnormal, after the appearance inspection is completed, open the box and take out the product and accessories. Do not damage the porcelain part and check it according to the packing list.
4. After taking out the product, perform an appearance inspection, and pay attention to whether there is damage and rust on the outside.
5. After the product is received, whether it is installed or not immediately, it should be stored and kept according to the following items:
(1) The friction parts of the switch must be wiped clean and coated with acid-free petroleum jelly;
(2) When the switch is stored in the warehouse for a long time, it should be regularly (not more than six months each time)
Inspect, if it is found to be damp and rusty, the rust layer should be removed, and the insulating parts of the auxiliary switch in the organization should be dried manually with agent (paint or non-acid petroleum jelly).
8. Instructions for use
1. Before putting into operation, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out, and it can be put into operation after confirming that it is correct.
(1) Whether the size of each part of the switch meets the requirements;
(2) The bolts of each connection part should be reliably fastened;
(3) Operate the switch several times continuously, and there should be no stuck phenomenon;
(4) All contact points of the contacts should be in contact, and the resistance value of the loop should be measured, and the data should meet the technical conditions.
2. Matters needing attention after being put into operation:
(1) Under normal circumstances, this isolating switch must be opened and closed only after the line load is removed (that is, after the circuit breaker is opened);
(2) For disconnecting switches with grounding blades, the grounding blades can only be closed after the main blades of the disconnecting switch are completely opened. On the contrary, when the grounding blades are completely opened, the main blades of the disconnecting switch can be closed. Gate operation.
3. The isolating switch must be maintained frequently and should be overhauled regularly. Pay attention to:
(1) Whether the outer surface of the isolating switch and the operating mechanism is completely intact (especially porcelain pieces);
(2) When the switch is closed, whether the contact part maintains a good contact position, and measure its loop resistance;
(3) Whether the contact of each phase in the three-phase linkage is synchronized (that is, the contact does not exceed 5 mm at the same time);
(4) Whether the auxiliary switches and other components in the mechanism are well insulated;
(5) Whether the grounding condition of the grounding point is good;
(6) Whether each rotating part is flexible during operation, and there should be no jamming phenomenon;
(7) All painted parts shall be painted once a year;
