Q: Are you a factory? EEN: We are a professional factory specialize in neoprene watersports items, such as wetsuits, swim vests, neoprene beach & pool toys, neoprene beach bag, neoprene backpack, neoprene lunch bag, neoprene supports, neoprene gloves, enz.
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity? EEN: Our normal MOQ is 1000 stukken (sets) per item for customized design. We also have items in stock, er is geen MOQ.
Q: Can I put my logo on the items? EEN: Zeker, we can make the logo by heat transfer, silkscreen printing, silicon printing, embroidered… just need the vector logo file.
Q: Do you have a designer? EEN: Ja, our design team can make the design according to your idea.
Q: What’s your sample policy? EEN: For some of our existing samples, they are for free with freight collect. For customized samples, the sample fee could be refunded after the bulk order. Sample lead time is 7-10 dagen.
Q: What’s the production lead time? EEN: Normaal gesproken, 50-60 days after receiving the deposit and all the details confirmed.
Q: How do you control your products’ kwaliteit? EEN: We have QA & QC department, and all the products will be 100% checked before packing. You can also send your QC team or ask the 3rd party to inspect the products before shipping.
