1. Can I take samples first?

Natuurlijk. We will provide the existing samples, Sample fee is refundable when you make an order from us.

2. Can I customize my logo or redesign the products?

Natuurlijk. OEM service is our advantage, We still have our own design team, We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impressive. and make your logo by laser, engraved, reliëf, printing, enz.

3. What’s the order payment and procedure?

Wij accepteren Western Union, PayPal, L/C, T/T, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.

Eerst, we discuss order details, production details by email or TM.

Then we issue you a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.

After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 30-45days if we don’t have the items in stock.

Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment is done, we start to arrange the shipment.

4. What’s the delivery time?

The stock products are within 7-10days after payment received.

For OEM order, the delivery time is around 30-60 days which depends on the material and design.

5. What’s the warranty?
We have strict quality control before shipment. But to avoid any subsequent trouble, please check your goods once you get them and
let us know the details if there are any damaged ones so that we can solve them accordingly.
