1. How do you control the quality?

We check the finish product one by one, make sure the quality is good.
2. How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
Tell us how many pcs bad goods, sending us the photos, we will refund 2-10 times cost or remake the goods for you.

1. Wat is uw MOQ??
To our old customers, er is geen MOQ. 10 PCS, 100 PCS… IS OK.
If you are a professional purchaser or specialize, we can do very small quantity for you. 500 pcs or 1000 stuks. We hope there will be a bigger one after that. Then there will not be MOQ to you.
4. About the delivery Time
1. Gebruikelijk, het is 7-15 work days according to your quantity.
2. Your urgent order is acceptable, 10-30 days is ok. But you may pay more money.
5. How to get the Samples?
Random sample: Normally we can arrange a random sample to you within 7 dagen. The shipping cost is bear by your side. For low cost and stock product, free sample for you; for higher cost product without any stock, a nominal fee will be charged but can be refunded to you in mass production.
Custom sample: Send us your logo and other OEM requirement, then we will send you an e-proof and quotation for confirmation. Sampling will be arranged for you after payment receipt.
