 Product Properties:

• High fire resistance grade: UL94-V0 / TP(a), ensure the saftey of luminous using
• High light transparency and haze degree: minimize light loss to maximize the luminous flux and luminous efficiency, and in parallel protect the led bead from being exposed .
• Good stability, low water absorption ratiio and shrinkage, hight cutting accuracy and stable dimension, superior low and high temperature resistance(could be used for a long time between -40°C to 120°C), stable mechanical properties in a wide range of temperatures.
• Enhanced anti-yellowing performance to maintain light transmission : normally around 3 years no yellowing used indoor
• Excellent optical property,diffuser the light and make the lightbrightness evenly
  Outstanding mechanicall properties, good impact resistance, tensile strenght, bending strength and compressive strenghth
• High toughness and high strength(640J per square meter), 200 times stronger than regular glass, 36 times stronger than PMMA(17.4J per square meter) and 30 times higher than PS(21J per square meter). Expands design freedom, it can be bent to cater to the shapes of lighting instead of making injection mold,save the mould cost

1. Q:Are you a factory? Where are you located?
A: Yes,we are factory located in Yichun city,Jiangxi Province (southeast of China), very near from Shanghai and Guangdong Province. It takes around 4 hours from Shanghai & Shenzhen to Yichun by high-speed train and 1hour by air.
2. Q:What is the main products of your factory ?
A: The main products are Polycarbonate light diffuser, diffusion sheets, diffusion films etc.

3. Q: Can i customize size and shapes?

A: Yes, we have cutting machines to support any bespoke flat size and shapes for all kinds of luminaries.
4. Q: How do you charge the sample fees?
A: We sell samples of our wholesale goods and prompt goods. If you need samples with your artwork, we will charge the

sample fee which will be refundable when you place an order. Feel free to conatct us for details.
5. Q: Can you give me a discount?
A: We do have a discount program for those prospective clients who are willing to help us with local promotion or are open for local visitors as demo peoject. If you join it, we do not need to worry about discount.
6. Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: Normally we will arrange production when quantity reaches 5Ton because it will waste a lot of materials to tune the machine every time we run it.
But your order quantity can be negotiated according to our stock status or production schedule. And we understand that for a new supplier, it takes time for our customer to learn more about our quality and services.
