1. When can I quote?
We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you need a price urgently, please call us or send us an email.Then, we will answer your inquiry first.

2. How to get samples to check your quality?
After confirming our price, you can request counter samples to check the quality. Before sampling, we will charge you a sampling fee (double FOB price). However, if you place a bulk order with us and the quantity meets our MOQ, the sample fee of 1-2 pieces/style can be refunded.

3. How long do I expect to receive the samples?
After paying the sample fee, the samples can be delivered in 2-3 days available style, and the delivery time for custom styles is 7-10 days. The samples will be sent to you by express (UPS, FEDEX, DHL…). You can use your own express account, or ask us to pay in advance (if you don’t have an account of express), and then we will charge you.

4. What about the leading time for bulk production ?
It depend on the order quantity and the time you place the order .The leading time of MOQ is about 15-45days .Generally speaking ,we suggest that you start inquiry three months before the date you would like to receive the products in your country.

5. What is your terms of payment ?
Generally speaking ,we need 30%deposit when you place the order ,the balance should be paid after we finished the goods and send you the picture of the ready goods .
