This hojicha can produce a beautiful brown color and aromatic taste of hojicha sweets such as hojicha latte, ice cream, chocolates and hojicha baked cakes, mixed with the hojicha.
It is also widely used in Japanese cuisine including soba and tempura, as well as pasta and omelets etc.

In addition, these are processed on site, using our own milling machine. This helps us to produce a finer hojicha powder that makes a better product.
