1. Could you make buckle or accessories in other material?

– Yes, but it depends on your detailed request. Sometimes we could provide brass products or plastic products upon negotiation. 

2. Could I put my own logo/ brand on your products? How do you do it?

– Yes, but only laser logo or silk print logo is available. We need your original logo artwork in ai. format. Then we will put your logo on our products and send the new artwork for your confirmation. 

3. May I get samples to check the quality? 

– Yes, but we could only provide samples which were in stock. And only one piece /style/color for free. Othervise, sample fee should be charged. By the way, Shipping cost of sending samples by international express will be on customer. 

4. Could you handle the shipment for me? 

– Yes, we have cooperated with many logistics and fowarders, which could provide good services and prices. For more details, we will discuss when order is confirmed. 

5. Could you copy or make new design according my original sample? 

– Yes, please send your original sample and comments your detailed request. Our designer will make new artwork according to your request. Mould and samples will be started after your confirmation of artwork. 

6. Could you accept L/C, D/P. D/A “`etc. payment terms?

– No, sorry. We could only accept  e-checking, master card, visa, paypal, T/T and western union. Kindly understand.

Reasonable Delivery Days

– Generally, if it is our existed mould (we have had mould in our collection), sample lead time will be only 7-15days.

If it is new mould (we need to make new mould), sample lead time will be 14-22days. Bulk time is 15-35days after sample confirmation. 

– But, if  we meet peak season (busy season), sample lead time and bulk time maybe a little longer than normal.Kindly understand. Whatever situation, we will keep update you the delivery to avoid serious delaying and lose.
