1.- What is payment terms?
– We support Alibaba trade assured payment by both credit card or bank transfer.
2.- How many days does a sampling take?
– Sampling takes 4 to 7 days.
3.- How much is the sample fee?
– Sampling of our existing designs varies – USD 5 to USD 15 each and based on custom sampling, we may have to refer to your custom designs accordingly.
4.- How long does production take?
– Based on a quantity of less than 40k pieces, it takes around 15 to 25 days.
5.- Do you customize covers and inner pages?
– Any custom is available here with us including covers and inner pages as well as packing.
6.- Do you offer drop shipping?
– Yes, we do and we also offer warehousing.
6.- Do you have any warehouses overseas?
– Yes, till now we have a warehouse in Germany but we’ll have our warehousing enlarged and expanded within the following years.
