Our design team consists of 3 designers and 2 freelance designers at abroad(1 in France, 1 in Spain and 1 in Poland).
They following newest fashion trend, visiting markets and adopting customer’s inspiration and needs, we providing our customers full designing service.
Q1: Are you a factory or trading company? A: We are factory. The factory locates in Zhejiang province of China.
Q2: What are your factory’s main products? A: Canvas Belt, Military Belt, Leather Belt, PU Belt, Braided Belt, Fashion Belt, Wallet, Bag, etc.
Q3: What’s your trade term and payment term? A: The amount is small, full payment. The amount is huge, Decide after discussion. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4: Can I have a sample first before large order? A: Yes, sample order is available, but should pay the sample cost and freight.
Q5: Can you make customized items? A: Yes, we provide custom service, but buckles and logo only.
Q6. How about your delivery time? A: The spot product is shipped within 72 hours, and the customized product is 15~20 days.
Q7: Can the logo or company name to be printed on the products or package? A: Sure. Your logo or company name can be on your products by stamping, printing, embossing, die casting, coating or sticker. For package, Logo can be printed, tagged, labeled or sticker.
Q8: To make our logo on the products, do we need to open mold? A: Yes, if you want to make your own logo on it, please send us your design and detailed information. For the patent, we will sign the non-disclosure.
Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery? A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Q10: How can you keep the stable quality in the long-term cooperation?
A: Large of stocks for fabric, webbing, buckles, other accessories and skilled workers, to make sure the quality stable and short or the production time.
Q11: What’s your shipping ways? A: Ship by express, air, sea or other ways as your request. We have built a long-term cooperation with specialized shipping agents.
