Q3: What is the tool cost & mould charge for new design?

The normal copper mould is 100USD-200USD.CNC aluminium mould is 500-1000USD.It is based on the design.

Q4: How can we get the sample,and what is the cost?

For the sample which we have existed mould, it is free.You only need to pay the shipping fee.For customized sample,we will use the gesso mould to produce sample as per your design.The sample fee is 100-200USD.Sample time is about 3-5 days.

Q5: What is your payment?

TT / PAYPAL / WESTERN UNION / LC / CREDIT CARD is all available for us.
For small amount which is less than 1000USD,we prefer 100% deposit.
For large amount,30% deposit,and 70% balance before shipping.

Q6: How can we get the goods in our country?

By air or by ocean.
If qty is small,the total packing volume is less than 1CBM,we suggest air shipping,it needs 7 days.
If qty is large,more than 1CBM,we suggest ocean shipping.It needs 20-30 days.
It will be easy if your have your own forwarder to take care of the shipping.If not,we have professional forwarder to help us do it.
