The underspeed slip switch is a reliable, simple and universal monitoring device for shaft speed and other rotating devices. When it is detected that the current speed signal is lower than the normal speed range, the switch outputs a switch signal for alarm or shutdown. No moving parts, no wear, long safety life, integrated structure, centralized control device, easy to set or troubleshoot。
installation:
The underspeed slip switch is installed on the side of the conveyor driven wheel or other shaft that can be equal to the actual speed of the belt. The side of the driven wheel or the rotating shaft needs to be welded with a sensing surface for the under-speed slip switch (the sensing surface must be made of iron material), the section size of the sensing surface is not less than 50mm×50mm, and the maximum distance between the under-speed slip switch and the sensing surface is 25mm. The sensing surface provides a pulse signal for the under-speed slip switch, and the driven wheel rotates a circle and the sensing surface passes through the under-speed slip switch area once to generate a pulse signal. When a pulse signal is generated, the pulse indicator on the under-speed slip switch panel will flash once. It is necessary to ensure that except for the sensing surface, there is no metal object on the side of the driven wheel that can cause the underspeed slip switch to generate pulse signals.

working principle:

That is, when the speed is lower than the slip speed, the circuit will output the corresponding switch signal to stop the host. This switch can adjust the speed value.
