And we have one year warranty, if any defective, please take multi angle photos of the defective as an evidence, then send the whole machine including defective parts or unforced broken parts back to us, we will repair it FREE. Another way, the defective will be compensated in the order after the defective sent back. Q: How long is your delivery time? A: Usually, for a 20GP order, it’s 30 days from deposit received. In urgent condition, 10 to 15 days.

A: For Smaple: 100% in advance. ( T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Cash.) For Bulk Orders: 30% deposit in advance by T/T ,70% after finished before shipment. ( B/L, L/C, Cash also Available after discussion Permit )

A: We have 5 products lines, daily capacity is 2,000 pcs. Your cargo will be fast dispatched in our factory. You can receive the cargo in time.

A: Yes, both are ok.The products can be in your brand and all artwork in your language.
Q: Can you do OEM and ODM orders?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM orders are acceptable.
Q: Can I get a sample before mass production?
A: Yes, It is Free for our exist samples. It charges for custom size, color and printing, Sample charges will refund after order confirmed.
