High purity 99.96% 100ml Nickel Crucible for laboratory

1.The melting point of nickel is 1455 degrees, and the nickel is anti-erosion and alkali resistance  , so nickel crucible is used to melt ferroalloy, slag, clay and refractory materials.

2.The melting temperature of nickel crucible should not exceed 700 degrees, because nickel is easily oxidized at high temperature.

3. The nickel crucible cannot be used to precipitate the burning.

4. Nickel crucible is suitable for the NaOH Na2O2, Na2CO3 NaHCO3 and contains samples of alkaline solvent melting – KNO3, does not apply to e-isomer NaHS04, K2S2O7 or Na2S2O7 acidity such as solvent and sour alkali sulphide flux melting sample.

5.The melting state of A1, Zn, Pb, Sn, Hg and other metal salts can make the nickel crucible brittle.Borax does not melt in a nickel crucible. 

6.Nickel crucible often contains trace chromium, which should be noted when used.

7. The new nickel crucible should be burned into a blue violet in the muffle furnace, remove the oil from the surface, then boil for a moment with 1:20 HCl, then rinse off with water.
