Frozen Beef Neck Paddywhack

It is a strong, flexible ligament in the middle of cattle’s neck, which supports the animal’s head. Its light yellow colour comes from the elastin contained in the ligaments. Neck ligaments mostly contain very aligne collagen fibers that do not allow for stretching. “Paddywack” tendons are eaten only in a few countries of the world. They are very rich in proteins 
The offal comes from the biggest and best equipped slaughterhouses in Poland that raise cattle themselves or source beef only from trusted farmers.

Q1. Is you company certified?

A: Yes, we have passed HACCP Food Safety Management System.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: It normally takes 3 days after for all EU countries. Transportation to countries such as Hong Kong or Vietnam  takes about 30 days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ ?

A: Our minimum order quantity is one full container load.

Q4. Who are your main clients?

We welcome clients from all over the world. At this stage, we mainly export to Europe, South-East Asia (Hong Kong and Vietnam, China) and Africa.

Q5. What are your payment terms?

A: We usually sell our goods on 30% telegraphic transfer deposit 70% against Bill of Lading.  For our oversea operations we also use Escrow services (www.escrow.com) to create the trust between buyer and seller during first transaction.

Q6: When do you set foot in the meat industry?

A: We have been doing this since 1997 in domestic market and in export since 2004
