Granity G-FD83-A HD all-in-one entry/exit automatic number plate recognition (ANPR/LPR) camera is plate-based vehicle access control and drive-through applications which inbuilt pattern recognition algorithm, it widely applied in various business areas including intelligent traffic systems (ITS), car parking lot, road patrol, highway, toll, checkpoint, border security and surveillance.

It adopts professional CMOS image sensor and Hisilicon specialized license plate recognition chip, providing good color reproduction and influent video with H.264 format. ONVIF2.4 protocol is supported, which can seamlessly access the professional management platform and NVR device.

When a vehicle comes, the sensor detects its presence and a dedicated camera automatically recognizes and records the number plate, date and time of entry. The remote management system captures the data provided by the camera and enters it into the database. The entrance barrier rises allowing the driver access to the car park. The barrier lowers automatically, once a vehicle passes the safety sensor.

2. Exit procedure

When a vehicle comes, the sensor detects its presence and the dedicated camera verifies the number plate against payment information, or the listing of the vehicle on the database (e.g. members). The management system validates correct payment, or entitlement to park without payment to enable exit. The exit barrier rises, allowing the driver to leave the car park. The barrier lowers automatically once a vehicle passes the safety sensor.
