Usually, to make 100% juice, ‘in-line’ system, which squeeze whole fruit without peeling its out skin off, or ‘chopper-pulper’ system, which squeeze fruit including soft inside skin, are adopted. But by these system, peculiar thick flavor prevents us from enjoying real mandarin flavor.
“SHIBORI” means “Squeeze.” It expresses that without unnecessary process or additives, it tastes really natural just as squeezed. Original squeezing machine makes a difference. Round cups gently press half-cut mandarin fruits not to crush their skin.
