Sakura denbu is a sweet-salty, fluffy pink flaked fish condiment, kind of rice seasoning powder, that is used in sushi dishes as well as to decorate various rice dishes.Ingredients of sakura denbu is mainly cod fish, sugar and salt. Sakura means cherry blossom or tree. The pink color evokes the blossoms of Japanese cherry trees, called “sakura,” in Japanese. We don’t use any artificial falvors to seasoning.

How to use
