The products produced by sjgb-z120x30-1400 have a bright and clean surface, beautiful appearance and anti-pressure, which are widely used in many fields in construction industry, packaging industry and decoration industry.Through changing the setting device, we can not only produce LDPE hollow grid plate, but also PP and PE hollow grid plate for agriculture and building.The unit is composed of sj-120×30 single-screw plastic extruder, hollow lattice plate machine head, vacuum shaping cooling platform, cutting edge device, first roller tractor, infrared straightening oven, strong air cooling device, second roller tractor, cutting machine, stacking table, etc.The screw rod and screw barrel of the extruder are optimized and designed, and 38CrMoAiA of high-performance alloy steel is used for professional processing, which makes the whole machine have the advantages of uniform plasticization, stable extrusion amount, high output and long life.Hard surface reducer can run for long time without fault.The coil is heated by cast aluminum heater and cooled by wind.The advanced vacuum forming cooling device provides strong vacuum forming and sufficient cooling for hollow plastic grid.Infrared straightening oven is made by irradiation through infrared ray under the strong traction of 2 tractors to make the product completely flat and improve the product grade.

    Answer: We have some machines in our warehouse, if the machine match your demands, we can ship the machine to you                          within 7days after testing.
