Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A1: We are a manufacturer with our 30000 sq meters of producing area, designing& marketing office for JSWEI and QISU shoe factory.

Q2. Is it OK to add my logo or make my own designs for production?
A2: Yes, we can put your logo on the shoes or make the shoes according to your designs. If necessary, our R&D team will develop your designs and then send you for testing.

Q3: Do you offer drop-shipping?
A3: Yes, most products in our store have this service. Our shoes are provided to many wholesale/retail/Amazon/Shopee/eBaycustomers. We are willing to support potential customers.

Q4: Do you provide the samples? How many days will the sample be ready?
A4: The sample may need 10-20 days to production, and the fee with the express will be charged. But it would be returned after place bulk order.

Q5: What type of shoes does your factory produce?
A5: Currently, we produce almost all kinds of sports shoes/fashion sneakers/outdoor shoes even some special professional technology shoes, for example, waterproof shoes and safety shoes., etc.

Q6: What is your payment terms?
A6: Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders.
