Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer with export license.

Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory is located in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 30mins from Wenzhou Longwan International Airport by car. No matter our clients from domestic or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! We can arrange to pick you up from airport or hotel.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?

A: As usual ,the MOQ is 100 pcs. Sometimes,it depends on your exact requirement.

Q: How long will it take to receive my products?

A: As a general rule for available mold’s products, it will take 3-5 weeks for us to produce your products. But if we have stocks, we can ship immediately as you wish.

Q: We would like to have a look at a sample before we continue with the orders. Can we get a sample from you?

A: Yes, on some stock items, we can send immediately. But courier fee will be at your side,

Q: What’s your payment term?

A: 30% deposit in advance before production, 70% balance should be paid by T/T before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C for large amount, PayPal and Western Union for small amount.
