LIUFENG was eatablished in year 2000 as an exporter of mobile phone accessory first. In this June,our head-office is moved to Guangzhou for daily operations. Mainly for sales and band functions.The main factroy is still located in Shenzhen Pinghu which is nearby Hua Nan Raw Material City which is mainly in charge of mould develop, plastic injection, leather stitching product and welding products develop. The total workers are around 80–100. Meanwhile, we built a new workshop in Nansha, Guangzhou of which is in Free Trade Area,Mainly for marketing,communications, shipping,samples R&D,QC,Packing.
In order for a better control of quality, we set up our own lab here and equipped with different testing machines like UV Tes drop test, high and low temperature test, abrasion resistance test, tension test…etc. Before choosing a new material and when materials arrive at our factory, our QC will make above tests and we would like to control quality from raw material.
The management group is formed by rich experience people in the field. Most of the production engineers and factory management staffs have more than 10 years of experience. We have all the ability to deliver good technical & promotional support.
Advanced & enough machines in factory are empoyed for production & quality control. All ex-factroy products follow strict quality control system.In year 2006,we have successfully got cerfication of ISO9001,ISO40001, meanwhile, we have got FAMA from Disney and BSCI from year 2010.
Now our products have already been stretched into different corners of the world. Main customers are from USA,Canada,Panama,Chile,Germany,UK,Spain,
Poland,Ukraine,France,Japan…etc. With our heart to deliver the best products & services at the most favorable price to our customers,we are confident that we will be able to further develop our markets in the near future.
