A: We’ll appreciate it if you can pay the cost and freight of samples.

3.Q: How much is the transportation freight of the samples ?

 A:The freight depends on the weight and packing size, as well as the place or port of destination.

4.Q: When’s the delivery time for the sample?

A:The samples will be ready for 1-7 days.

5.Q:Do you offer OEM&ODM service?

A:Yes, we only offer a OEM service now.

6. Q: How do your factory control quality?

A: Quality is the most important part for us.

In order to control quality better, We have professional QC. All our products pass 4 times inspection by QC before delivery. The first time for raw material, second for finished products, third for products appearance and fourth for function.

7.Q: How to make a payment?

A: We can accept the payment by Western Union,Paypal,T/T and LC. Please tell us the payment that you prefer, we will send the detail information to you.

8. Q: What’s the shipment method?

A: It could be Ocean Shipping, Airlift and Express (TNT,EMS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, ect). Please contact us to confirm the shipment method you preferred before placing an order.

9. Q: When’s the delivery time for the order?

A: 3-15 days after the receipt of deposit,and need talking for the OEM order.

      Payment condition: 50% deposit in advance, 50% balance before delivery or against the copy of Bill of Lading.Samples need payment 100% by Western Union,Paypal and T/T.

      Delivery time: 3-45 days after the receipt of deposit.
