Q:How long is the sample lead time?

UMA:Production lead time are 25-45 days after preproduction confirmation.

UMA:Every model wristwatch has it different available colors. Most of the available colors are: Vermelho, Preto, Branco, Fuchsia, Rosa, Amarelo, Gold, Prata, Azul, Navy, Cinza, Light and Dark Gray, Café, Rose Gold, Army Green etc… most of the popular colors watches are available stock.

Q:What’s the MOQ?

UMA:Depending on the selecting models. MOQ from 10PCS-100PCS per color/model. For Customize watch MOQ are 200-500 PCS per model/color.

Q:Which kind of certificate would you have?

UMA:CE, Rohs, GV, ALCANÇAR, All watches is lead, cadmium & nickel free which can meet European & USA Market standard.

Q:How long is the lifetime of watches?

UMA:2 years quality warranty at least.

Q:Would you produce OEM brand or design?

UMA:Sim, we have our own designer department, tooling department, We can make any OEM mold according to your request.

Q:How would you control your watches quality?

1.We have our Quality Control Center (Q/C’s) inspect 30% of the incoming materials, if defective rate is over 3%, our QQ will inspect all of them.

2.Trial-Produce: before mass production, our production manager will do assembly of 100-200 pieces as a test to see the points we have to pay attention to doing mass assembly and see the places where may have quality problem. After this trial procedures, our production manager will have a meeting with the production line leading, instruct him the matters of needing controls.

3.Mass production starts, unfinished QA will do random inspection, to see if there an irregular assembly problems.

4.Watch head production finish, unfinished QA will do full inspection of all watches functions and appearances?

5.Different quality standard has different analyze on water proof standards.

6.Assemble the straps of the watch heads

7.Time accuracy test for 24 hours at least

8.Final is do cleaning on the watches and packing!
