Q: What’s your minimum order quantity? UMA: Our normal MOQ is 1000 peças (conjuntos) per item for customized design. We also have items in stock, não há quantidade mínima.
Q: Can I put my logo on the items? UMA: Claro, we can make the logo by heat transfer, silkscreen printing, silicon printing, embroidered… just need the vector logo file.
Q: Do you have a designer? UMA: Sim, our design team can make the design according to your idea.
Q: What’s your sample policy? UMA: For some of our existing samples, they are for free with freight collect. For customized samples, the sample fee could be refunded after the bulk order. Sample lead time is 7-10 dias.
