UMA: Sorry, most of our machines don’t have stock, we always produce according to order. No entanto, we have enough Semi – finished parts in workshop, as long as we place the order and send production plan to factory, they can start production and installation.

UMA: Bem, the MOQ is different from 1 set to 50 set according to different model. For mostly firewood processors minimum order quantity is 1 definir.

UMA: Orders with a value of less than USD3,000 are required to pay the full amount, then we will arrange production and shipping. Orders with a value of more than USD3,000 can pay 50% of the purchase amount as a deposit. Pay the final payment after the buyer receives the BL copy from the seller.

UMA: We provide 2-year warranty for our machine. If there are any quality issues during the warranty period, we will mail you a new accessory for free.
