«Vladivostok FishWorks» LLC was founded in 1934. Fish Factory is a company with nearly a century of history. Formation of the company coincided with thetime-development of the fishing and fishing -processing industry in the Russian Far East. Currently «Vladivostok Fish Factory» is one of the largest fish processing companies in Primorsky Region.The wide range of fish and seafood products are manufactured under the brand name «VRK». The company specializes in the production of goods such as light-salted and smoked salmon (chum, sockeye) and herring, red caviar, preserves of herring, mussels, sockeye salmon, chum salmon salads, salads of seaweed, frozen fillets and steaks. The company implemented an international food products safety management system (APPCC – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). All these factors guarantee high quality of products of «VRK» at every stage of production. Working in accordance with HACCP management system means compliance withinternational standards and tracking the technological process, beginning from purchasing of raw materials and ending with delivering the product to the end consumer.
The company is included in the list of Russian fish processing companies and ships-suppliers of fish and fish products to the Republic of Korea (registration number RK-0-144 from «01» February 2016). By February 2017 the company plans to be included in a similar list of the People’s Republic of China.
The distinctive feature of the company is developing an integrated approach to meeting customer needs.
