Question 1: Are you Manufactory or Trading Company?
–Our company Kurtin Metal & hardware / Kurtin Metal Technology is the exporting center itself. we are also the share holder of the XPS factory located in the countryside.Therefore, our price, quality and customer service can be integrated to a perfect combination.
Question 2:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
–In order to keep our none compensation record, quality is our first priority. Kurtin People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of raw material sourcing to the end of production. Each batch of products will be tested with caution before packing and delivery.
Question 3: What is your quality assurance policy?
–We are member of Alibaba Trade Assurance, which means all of our buyer’s payment will be protected. Payment will be refundable if the product quality or delivery time does not meet the agreed terms. We can also sign the refund agreement with any of our buyer.
