UMA: The location of logo is at your option, such as inside or outside

Q: I want to change a bit based on your design, is that possible?

UMA: Sim, no problem, just list us which points you want to change we’ll make changes follow all your ideas.

Q: I have my own design; we offer you DWG or sample can you make it the same?

UMA: Sim, no problem, just send all your details to us, we can make out what you want.

Q: How much for 1pc sample?

UMA: Sample is free of charge, but the shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Q: How long to make an order (lead time)?

UMA: Sample lead time is 7-15 working days which depends on how to custom sample. Bulk order is normally about 30 working days depends on your quantity.

Q: What’s your shipping methods?

UMA: For samples, we will choose express (DHL, UPS, TNT or FEDEX). For bulk goods, it will depend, by air or by sea via Shanghai Port.
