Closed Cooling Tower

General Description
GHM Series are of compact design, with single unit capacities from 30 إلى 500 nominal tons. Casing made in special alloy coated steel or stainless steel, cooling coils made in stainless steel, wet deck fills made in PVC. All raw materials are of high industrial grade, with superior corrosion resistant features. GHM towers are of high efficiency, lower power and water consumption rate. As package type towers, the installation generally easy. The towers dimensions can be customized to suit project footprint limit. GHM towers are widely applied in different fields, to cool circulating water, oil or other process fluids for Furnaces, Compressors, Power Generators, المحولات, محولات, and other machines; also used to reject heat in HVAC or Refrigeration System.
Working Theory

As induced draft type cross flow evaporative cooling tower, in operation a large amount of fresh air is inlet through side louvers on the bottom of the tower continuously, then directed through the cooling coils and wet deck fills across the spray water, becoming wet hot air, eventually induced draught out of the tower into the atmosphere with hot moisture. During this process, a part of the spray water is evaporated with heat removed, while the heat from the process fluids inside the coils is transferred to the spray water through the wall of coils, thus temperature of process fluids is reduced efficiently, and keep clean during the whole circulations as in a closed loop.

Water & Energy Saving Automatically

Each of our cooling tower is completed with automatic water & energy saving system. The system is consisted of auto switching of spray pump, with temperature sensor monitoring the outlet water temperature. When the outlet water temp. goes lower than the set target value, the spray pump will be switched off automatically to save water and energy.

Cooling Coils of Quick Draining Design

Constructed with a certain angle of inclination, for process fluids inside to drain completely very fast. This is extremely important in freezing weather, to prevent freeze of the circulation system while idle. Or incomplete drain may even cause crack of coils pipes during the process.

Large Inspection and Maintenance Access

GHM Series cooling towers are designed with an easy entry with lockable door of suitable size. The maintenance personnel can enter inside of the tower conveniently either when the tower is idle or working, to carry out regular inspections and repair works.
