1. How&When can I get the price?

2. How can I get samples?
We provide samples per your requests. Sample charge required and freight collected. Sample charge refundable after order placed and the quantity reaches the requirement.

3. How much is the freight of samples?
Freight depends on the weight, packing size, destination, delivery carrier. DHL, فيديكس, UPS account is preferred.
4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
Samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7days. 3-5 days to reach via express such as DHL, فيديكس, يو بي إس.
5. What kinds of files do you accept for OEM?
PDF, CDR, AI, high resolution JPG.
6. Can you do the designs for us?
Design service available. State your ideas and send us high resolution images, your Logo and text, we will help to carry out your ideas and send you finished files for confirmation.

8. What about the lead time for mass production?
