3. What are your main products?
We are mainly producing commercial and industrial automatic coffee roasters in different capacity, including 1kg , 2kg ,2.5kg, 3kg ,5/6kg , 10/12kg ,15kg, 20kg, 30kg-300kg batch, as well as coffee related machines such like coffee grinders, ESP smoker filters etc.

4. How long is the production leadtime?
Im Allgemeinen ist es 5-10 days for goods in stock. In the case of out of stock or large orders, es wird dauern 15-20 Tage. QTY of the orders will be taken into consideration.

5. What payment terms do you accept?
Zahlungsbedingungen: T / T im Voraus (30% of deposit before production and 70% Restbetrag vor dem Versand), bank transfer, Paypal, Akkreditiv usw. Please note we do EXW/FOB/CNF/CIF/DDU/DDP.

We have professional designer team, and employ experienced engineers to strictly guarantee the production. Meanwhile our factory owns ISO9001 and is CE and ROHS certified.
