1. Are you are a trading company or factory?

We want to be honest here. We are trading company. So why us? We build relationship so you don’t have to. We work closely with multiple factories and have very good relationships. Many factories we work with they are not big enough to have their own international sales team and export license, but they can offer lower prices at same quality than some easy to find manufacturers online.

2. Are the samples free of charge?

For items we have stock on hand, the sample is free of charge. You only need to cover the shipping cost. The sample can be sent out within 24 hours after your confirmation. For OEM project, we will also get the best sample cost for you. Lead time is 5~7 days.

3. What’s your moq?

Εξαρτάται. For items in stock, MOQ is 1 pc. For standard products with customized logo, we can work from 50 τεμ. For OEM products, usually is 1000 τεμ.

4. Can you offer customized packaging?

6. When can I get the quotation for my inquiry?

Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all the details of products being clear. In case of urgent, you can ask us to provide a quick quote within 2 hours based on all details provided.

7. What’s the lead time for bulk order?

The products in stock can be shipped second day after your confirmation. The products(in stock) with customzied logo can be shipped within 7 ημέρες. OEM project usually takes 30~35 days.
