1. Q: How to get a sample?

2. Q: How long to make fabric color lab dip?
You can choose colors from PANTONE color guide, or send us your physical color card, after we receive it with in 4-5 days we can send you lab dip by express.

3. Q: How about the payment terms?
ΕΝΑ: Συνήθως, we accept 30% T/T as a deposit, and balance 70% against the copy of B/L.

4. Q: How long to deliver the products?
ΕΝΑ: After we confirm the order, συνήθως, small quantity order would be delivered around 15-25 ημέρες, and HQ order around 25-40 ημέρες , If the item which you choose we have ready gray fabric, then we can deliver around 7-15 ημέρες.

5.Q: May I have a trail order?
ΕΝΑ: For sure! Trail order is necessary for new customers. MOQ is 500-1000 M per color.

After we receive your physical sample, we will make a counter sample for you to comfirm before you place the order, it would come out some charges for making a counter sample, but it worth to do it!!!
